It is the mission of the Citizens of Lake County for Health Care Inc., to provide accessible and affordable health care to Greater West Tennessee Area and the surrounding areas without prejudice as to race, religion, sex or financial status. Citizens of Lake County for Health Care, Inc. mission is also to enhance the health of individuals and families within the community with emphasis on the medically under served. The medically under served include migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families, the uninsured, the economically disadvantaged, and those with inadequate access to needed health services.
